To pass your HPT on the first attempt, you need Hazard Perception Test WA practice!
The Hazard Perception Test in WA consists of 28 clips of real traffic situations to which you will be asked to respond based on instructions given before the clip plays.
The best preparation for the HPT is to get an understanding of what the test will look like and how you will be required to respond. The online simulation provided by the Department of Transport only has 3 examples and fails to effectively prepare people for the real HPT.
Fortunately, there is another resource available that allows you to get Hazard Perception Test practice in WA. They are online HPT practice tests that feature clips very similar to those in the real HPT.
There are 6 practice tests, each with 7 or 9 questions for a total of 44 questions. So you can practice online as much as you want until you're ready for the HPT.
Driving Test WA also provides commentary on appropriate responses should you get stuck at any point throughout the tests.
Just click the links below to begin using the number one (and essentially only) resource to practically prepare for the WA HPT.
